It is summertime...

After a loooooong illness (three days in bed with a cold is a long time!) the Austrian fairy finally felt to be strong enough for an outing in the fourth week. Fortunately, under those exchange fairies and goblins it is never hard do find someone to go out with. And so two fairies met up for “tea” at Wednesday evening. (find the mistake in the picture ;-)).

Sitting there with two icecold cups of “tea” the two fairies imediatly started to make plans for the weekend. One of them had heard from the local weather fairy that the weather on the weekend was supposed to become quite summery - almost 15 °C and not much more than 50 km/h wind. This splendid forecast led the two fairies to the idea of a trip to the sea for sunday.

However, the Austrian fairy having had to stay inside for so long felt a tingling in her wings and the sun invitingly tickled her nose. On Firday she could not wait any longer and together with a friend headed to Dun Laoghaire, where after enjoying their Lunch in the sun they took a walk along the harbour.

On the same Weekend there the Guinness Amplify took place in Dublin. This meant a lot of concerts in nearly every second pub in the city. An event like this naturally attracts exchange fairies and goblins like light the moths. This was the reason why only the five fairies with the most endurance boarded the train to Bray on Sunday. When they arrived at their destination none of them regretted the decision to go on this trip. They were rewarded for their effort with bright sunshine, soothing waves and the amazing view from Bray Head.

Being tired from the arduous ascent and the previous nights once again the irish Leprechauns managed to mislead the fairies. Only thanks to the marvellous orientation skills (google maps) of one German fairy the five of them managed to find their way back to the train station and back home where they now await their future adventures.
